The proximity to the beach was convenient and the pool area was clean. the room was tidy and the staff at the reception were hospitable. Plus, the restaurant had a decent variety of food options at reasonable prices.
The customer service from the rest of the staff fell short. the bar staff seemed irritated by guests, especially when using their phones or requesting a glass.

The serene location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying a peaceful vacation. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a clean swimming pool and a private beach. The staff at the reception was approachable, helpful, and spoke in English. The hotel offers rooms that are comfortable and well maintained, with fresh towels replaced daily.
The cleaning staff arrived too early in the morning, which was inconvenient, and they were not thorough with the cleaning. The bar staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed to attend to customers, which was off-putting.

The hotel is located close to the sea and has a beautiful garden. the swimming pool is clean, and there is a dedicated area on the beach for the guests. the reception staff is professional and customer-oriented, and they are always available to help. the rooms are clean, with comfortable bedding, and there is a kettle provided.
Some of the staff members were rude and unhelpful.
